Itinerary in Details:
Day 1: Tuesday, Arrival Siem Reap (D)
Upon arrival in Siem Reap, Cambodia in the morning, meet with your guide and transfer to the hotel. Visit to the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphoun, Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King – Afternoon carry on to visit the fabulous Angkor Wat. Watch the sunset from Phnom Bakheng. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.
Day 2: Wednesday, Angkor Temple (B, L)
Early morning sunrise at Angkor Wat (optional) – then return to hotel for breakfast. In the same morning, tour the Small Circuit including Banteay Kdei, Srah Srang, Ta Prohm, Takeo, Thommanon, and Chau Say Tevoda. In the afternoon, take the sightseeing the Grand Circuit including Prasat Kravan, East Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan.
Day 3: Thurday, Siem Reap - Kampong Luong (B, L, D)
Morning at 7:45am - Boarding at the Phnom Krom pier. Transfer to the Toum Tiou from small boats on the canal that threads its way through the fishing village. 8:00am - Departure for your Tonle Sap cruise. In the afternoon, crossing the Great Lake to Kompong Luong, one of the largest floating villages on the lake. Tour of Kompong Luong and night on board.
Day 4: Friday, Kampong Chhnan Kampong Tralach - Koh Chen - Oudong (B, L, D)
Head for Kompong Chhnang. Tour of Kompong Chhnang, the market and pottery-making villages nearby. Lunch on board while continuing on to Kompong Tralach and its beautiful pagoda. Night on board near Oudong.
Day 5: Saturday, Koh Chen - Oudong Phnom Penh (B, L)
Tour of Koh Chen, a traditional silversmith village, then on to Oudong, site of the royal stupas. 1:00 pm - Disembark at the Phnom Penh Port after a final lunch on board. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and take a city tour to the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and the National Museum of Khmer Arts. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 6: Sunday - Phnom Penh - Killing Field (B, L)
Witness the relics of Khmer Rouge Regime during the Reign of Terror - visit to Choeung Ek Killing Fields and the Toul Sleng Museum of Genocidal Crime. In the afternoon, take a city tour for shopping at Russian Market or Central Market. Overnight in Phnom Penh.
Day 7: Monday - Phnom Penh Departure (B)
You are free at leisure g until transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
