- A surcharge of 3% will be applied for payment by credit card. 
- We also require you send us the passport copy of card holder by fax or email.
- We do not accept credit card payment for the urgent booking that is confirmed less than 10 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, we prefer the payment by Western Union service or other payment methods.

You can make payment  by wire transfer to our bank account.

- After  sending the money, please tell us the full name of the remittee, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union.
- Western Union is the quickest  way to pay us. We can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money. So it is strongly recommended for the urgent bookings.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITION

1/ How  to book with us?
We make your online booking extremely easy, comfortable and without any  apprehension over your security, privacy and concern about online reservations. Just complete the the booking form  and send it  back to us via  Asia View Travel’s email address or by fax. Please click here to download the form. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 30% (thirty percent) deposit is requested. You can choose one from our payment methods (Credit card, Bank transfer and Western Union). Right after receiving deposit, we will process all services and issue the service voucher as the final confirmation within  4 working days. The service voucher will be sent  by email/fax or snail mail to passenger. The rest of the payment for the total or business service package should be paid at least 20 days prior your arrival date, unless otherwise stated or agreed.

2/ Deposits

All trips require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount. The remaining balance of the tour price or business service package is due 20 days prior your arrival date. Any failure to complete the payment of balance by the due date may result in booking cancellation without any refund.

3/ Cancellation policy
Rights to refunds if you change or cancel your reservation are sometimes limited as we usually need to prepay some suppliers, and our negotiated rates are obtained through committing to advance payment. We strongly recommend you purchase trip insurance including trip cancellation and interruption insurance, which may reimburse you for cancellation penalties and extra trip expenses should a circumstance covered by the policy force you to cancel or interrupt your trip. In the event we cancel a trip, for any reason, all money for services described in the reserved itinerary, less airline ticket cancellation fees, will be refunded.

Any cancellation by a client must be made in writing (email, fax or other). The date on which the cancellation notice is received by the company or its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee.

Refund checks will normally be mailed within three weeks of cancellation, assuming we experience no difficulty or delay in receiving the corresponding refund(s) from the suppliers involved.

Once travel has commenced, no refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour prices but not utilized by the tour member.

Unless indicated otherwise at or prior to the time of reservation, the following charges per person will apply in the event of cancellation prior to arrival:

- More than 30 days prior to trip departure. No charge, however the deposit is non-refundable
- 29 - 14 days before arrival: 20% charge
- 13 - 7 days before arrival: 40% charge
- 6- 4 days before arrival: 60% charge
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% charge

4/ Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our  tour price. It is the client's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Asia View Travel strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy in your country to cover all cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses, accident and others.

5/ Our prices
Our prices are based on the US Dollars. We have no hidden cost as we always state clearly what include and exclude on the itinerary for each tour or service. The prices on the website are valid as indicated, but may be varied at any time by suppliers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please check with us  for confirmation of prices prior booking. Asia View Travel reserves the right to revise the itinerary or substitute comparable accommodations and other tour inclusions. This is necessary because sometimes things change - restaurants close, quality of hotels change. We make every effort to provide the best, and will always monitor tours and locations to make sure you get the best for your value. From our price list on individual services you can see which hotel(s) we use for the particular itinerary in every region of the country. If you need detailed description of hotels, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

6/ Liability
Asia View Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by passengers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays or postponement of any scheduled flight, the missing of the flight, changes in the travel programs, routes or timetables, accidents, strikes, sickness, war, riots, inclement weather, political restrictions must be covered by the passengers. Passengers are required to have full travel insurance covered. This include trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Asia View Travel will  endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all the visa and health requirements of the countries you intend to visit. We cannot be held liable for any illness, delays or costs resulting from your failure to meet these requirements. Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination. Some countries may require a passport validity of more than 6 months and requirement for entry may vary from time to time and country to country. If in doubt, please consult the respective consulates.
