Restaurant
The Emeraude’s restaurant offers delicious, freshly caught local seafood and other specialities. While enjoying breathtaking views of the bay, passengers can enjoy the simple and honest flavours of traditional fare.
From the sun deck, passengers can enjoy a soothing foot massage while sipping a refreshing cocktail and gazing at the rock formations reflected in the crystal clear water of the bay. The Emeraude’s huge paddle wheel opens to reveal a swimming deck offering passengers the opportunity to swim in the calm waters of the bay surrounded by the majestic scenery. At dawn, that most magical time as the sun rises, the soft and graceful movements of a Tai chi class on the deck complement the atmospheric silence of the bay.
Itinerary 2 days 1 night
Day 1: Hanoi – Halong Bay on Emeraude Boat (L, D)
8:30 pick up at your hotel in Hanoi, transfer to Halong Bay.
Arrive in Halong Bay, check-in between 11:30
12:00 at the Emeraude Cafe in Halong City
Enjoy a refreshing “Welcome Cocktail” upon check-in on the sun deck. Cruise commences and the lavish buffet lunch served at the restaurant Visit by Tender to see the Sung Sot Caves (Cave of Surprises) weather permitting
Option of Kayaking or Swimming near Hang Trong anchorage Vietnamese cuisine demonstration at the sun deck.
Complimentary canapés at the sun deck bar Scrumptious International Buffet Dinner served at the restaurant
Evening Movie show at the sun deck Accommodation on board.
Day 2: Halong bay – Hanoi (B)
Tai Chi exercise at the sun deck and continuation of cruise
Breakfast Buffet served in the restaurant
Check-out on board and disembarkation at Emeraude Café, Halong City at 09:30 am. Transfer back to Hanoi. End of tour.
